F5J type spinner (wide spacing, 28mm)
New from CN Spinners a universal version – CN-U Spinner.
The improved cone shape made it possible to make 30 mm and 32 mm spinners interchangeable. That is, you only need to change the plastic part. The hub and collets are the same.
The main advantage of the CN-U Spinner is that the hub is located farther from the motor mount, which allows the blades to fit the fuselage even better when compared to the previous Pro version.
The standard U spinner was a wider spacing between prop blades, better suited for sport models or older models with larger fuselage profile.
Attention!!!
- The collets of the previous generation of CN Spinners 30 mm DO NOT fit the new spinner CN-U Spinner Pro 30 mm!
- You can use ALL collets and hubs from CN Spinner 32, CN Spinner Pro 32, CN-U Spinner 32, and CN-U Spinner Pro 32.
CN-U Spinners was designed for inrunner motors that are fixed on the frame in the traditional way (by front side of a motor).
Diameter motor shaft or hole in the collet = 3 mm, 3.17 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm; distance between the axes of the blades = 28 mm; the blade tilt angle = 0.
The aluminum hub with replaceable collet is developed for pilots, who want to take full advantage of the capabilities of his glider.
The construction is light and strong. The existence of collet will allow to use the same spinner for the motors with different diameters of shafts.
You can easily and quickly replace both the blades on the CN-U Spinner or the entire spinner if the weather changes.
The hub and collet are made by milling of aluminum with further anodizing.
The shape of the hub will allow to fold the blades closer to the fuselage for drag reduction when gliding.
The shockproof cone is cast in glass-nylon composite.
